Flashing Lights

Made a shader add-on to allow for flashing lights, adding a lot of visual flair to courses such as Vivi Las Elvis and Forgotten FairyLand. Speed can be adjusted, and instead of opting for controls for frequency, we prebaked those into the texture sheet to use the same material to control multiple lights in the same scene.
